Our process is fast and cost-effective.
A successful recruitment is usually completed
within three to six months. Organizations we work with have found our

We don’t stop once your position is filled.
Doug Patti, LLC, is committed to your long-term
organizational success. In the year following successful placement, we
will conduct two follow-up visits and complete a management audit,
instituting appropriate changes. We are also available to both the
client and new employee for follow up questions and coaching.

If for any reason the newly appointed staff
member leaves the employment of the client within the first year, Doug
Patti, LLC, will conduct a replacement search free of charge. (This may
seem to be a huge benefit, but in 99% of the cases the appointment is
