	Doug Patti has more than 25 years experience as an executive director of musical arts organizations, including 10 years experience as director of management services at the American Symphony Orchestra League in Washington, DC. While at the League he served as mentor, coach, career development officer and executive search consultant to hundreds of executive directors and operation managers of symphony orchestras throughout the United States and Canada.


	Mr. Patti’s extensive experience also includes analyzing issues and trends facing the arts industry; planning, coordinating and implementing senior arts executive training and seminar presentations; and providing consulting services in organizational development and change and the day to day maintenance of this critical process. Mr. Patti has served as Executive Director, The Irving S. Gilmore International Keyboard Festival, Kalamazoo, MI; Director of Management Services, The American Symphony Orchestra League, Washington, DC; Executive Director, The Charlotte Symphony Orchestra, Charlotte, NC; General Manager, The Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra, Kalamazoo, MI; Assistant Manager and Marketing Director, The Columbus Symphony Orchestra, Columbus, OH.
